The selection of liqueurs we propose is inspired by three fundamental principles which serve as guidelines in our daily work: the search for the best combinations to create unique cocktails, the recovery of ancient recipes created by Carlo Anselmo and the enhancement of the Piemontese liqueur tradition.

Inspired by the ancient recipe of 1854, Anselmo vermouth is reborn in a contemporary key. the value of the natural ingredients, artisanal production and citrus notes make it ideal for smooth drinking and the preparation of unique and historic cocktails such as mito, americano and negroni.

At the beginning of the 20th century, Carlo Anselmo was already producing his Fernet. A small glass encloses over 100 years of history. Expect strength, authenticity, passion, and love for what this company represents worldwide. The label contains part of the original texts of the time.

This Bitter is the perfect combination of herbal, citrus and spice infusions, inspired by the old-style 'Bitter di Milano’ which Anselmo preferred to call “Bitter Italiano”.
In Carlo Anselmo's old notes there are many cocktail’s recipes that contain Bitter. We recommend it mixed with Anselmo Vermouth to obtain the best Milano-Torino.
We have found the perfect balance and combination to make this unique and extraordinary Bitter, in the “Peated Wood Finish” version, made by herbs infusion, citrus fruits and spices.The 5% of the blend is expertly wood finish.
We thought about something unique could connect to the Scotland recounted in Carlo Anselmo's notes, known for its thistles and peaty drinks.
An Extra Dry Gin, powerful, balsamic and herbal, produced in small 300 litre batches. The 5% of the blend is aged in wooden barrels which have contained Nebbiolo and Barbera, enhancing the character.
