MiTo Anselmo

The MiTo is an icon of the Italian aperitif, born in the 19th century as a tribute to the cities of Milan and Turin. This simple yet refined cocktail combines the bold flavour of bitter with the character of our Vermouth di Torino Rosso an ingredient that enhances its unique aroma and tradition.

Famous variants such as the Negroni and the Americano originated from this classic recipe, making the MiTo a timeless symbol of the art of Italian mixology. Perfect for those seeking an authentic aperitif steeped in history.

Grappa di Moscato

Tramontana

A reinterpretation of the Ve.N.To. cocktail. It is a drink elaborated in Italy, thanks to the work of a team that brings together some of the greatest Italian professionals in the sector. Anselmo Torino's aged Grappa Moscato Invecchiata, with its enveloping notes of honey, fresh fruit and orange blossom, becomes the protagonist of a refined cocktail that combines freshness and sweetness in perfect balance. An experience that enhances Piedmontese tradition with a touch of modernity.

- 5 cl Grappa Moscato Anselmo
- 2.5 cl Lemon juice
- 2 tsp honey or 2 cl honey mix
- 3 cl Chamomile

Pour the ingredients into a shaker, adding the honey last and ensuring it dissolves well (if using honey mix, this step is not necessary). Shake for a few seconds and strain into a low tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon zest and a grape (preferably black).
